That passion led me to build a strong foundation in science—earning a Bachelor’s in Biochemistry, a Master of Science in Chemistry from San Diego State University, and a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from the University of Maryland, College of Dental Surgery.”
Dr. Assadian founded Dentistry 2000 in 1999 with a clear vision: to deliver advanced, compassionate care powered by the latest technology. From day one, he has invested in innovation—continually upgrading techniques, equipment, and training—so patients experience dentistry that is precise, comfortable, and truly patient-centered.
San Diego is where Dr. Assadian started both his practice and his family. He and his wife are raising three children here, and his deep roots in the community reflect the same values he brings to patient care: integrity, dedication, and genuine compassion.

I’m Lorena, and I’ve had the pleasure of calling Southern California home all my life. As the Front Office Manager here at Dentistry 2000 for the past 18 years, I’ve been able to combine my passion for patient care with a truly supportive team. When I’m not in the office, you’ll often find me enjoying beach walks with my dog, Penny, cheering at my daughter’s volleyball games, or spending quality time with my husband.

About Sanae
With over 15 years of experience in the dental field, Sanae brings both warmth and professionalism to her role as our Treatment Coordinator. Her ability to speak multiple languages allows her to connect effortlessly with patients from diverse backgrounds, helping them feel comfortable and understood. Outside the office, Sanae enjoys spending time with her two sons and cherishes every moment with her family.

About Martin Cuevas
Martin has been in the dental field for over 7 years and brings both skill and warmth to our team.
Born and raised in Southern California, he has a natural connection with our community and enjoys making patients feel comfortable during their visits.
Outside of the office, Martin loves photography — especially capturing cars, sports, and portraits. He stays active by going to the gym, spending time with friends, and working on his own car, one of his favorite hobbies.

Jocelynn was raised in Indiana and has called Southern California home for the past 11 years. She has been in the dental field for 4 years and brings kindness and dedication to our team every day.
Outside of the office, Jocelynn loves spending time with her son and family. She enjoys taking walks on the beach, trying new foods, and relaxing with a good movie.
